How do I reset my password? PDF Print E-mail

The first step to take is to visit our Self Service Console for Single Sign-on (SSO) account issues.

  1. Click on the link that says Reset a forgotten or expired password.
  2. Accept the terms of the user agreement.
  3. Enter your eight-digit employee number (adding zeroes if necessary, e.g., 00723674), your date of birth (with slashes and a four-digit year), and the last four digits of your social security number.
  4. Press Submit.
  5. A new screen should appear that will allow you to enter the password you want. Re-enter it in the box immediately below and then enter the answer to the password hint question that you used when you activated or updated your account.
  6. You should see a screen that says Action was Successful!

If you encounter any problems and do not get to the screen that says you were successful, you should contact the HelpDesk.
