Click on the link that says Reset a forgotten or expired password.
Accept the terms of the user agreement.
Enter your eight-digit employee number (adding zeroes if necessary, e.g., 00723674), your date of birth (with slashes and a four-digit year), and the last four digits of your social security number.
A new screen should appear that will allow you to enter the password you want. Re-enter it in the box immediately below and then enter the answer to the password hint question that you used when you activated or updated your account.
You should see a screen that says Action was Successful!
If you encounter any problems and do not get to the screen that says you were successful, you should contact the HelpDesk.
